Local On-Campus Training

Schedule an on-campus faculty training with your local technology/product specialist by contacting your Pearson representative. Training sessions are tailored to prepare you and your colleagues to successfully implement MyITCertificationLab in your courses.

Peer-to-Peer Assistance from Faculty Advisors

Communicate with college instructors experienced in teaching with MyITCertificationLab. Our MyITCertificationLab Faculty Advisors are available to advise and share their instructional strategies with educators interested in incorporating MyITCertificationLab into their courses. You can request phone or email coaching or a one-on-one webinar with an FA today! We require 24-hour notice in order to match you with a Faculty Advisor. To schedule training with an FA, email facultyadvisors@pearson.com and specify your needs and availability.
